Why It Matters: This enhancement simplifies the process of deciphering variances, making it easier for billers to reconcile payments and ensure accuracy in their financial reporting.
Who It's For: This feature is designed for billers who regularly use the Payments Report to manage and reconcile payments. While most posters use variance to post against claims outside of Sunwave, some posters use variance in other ways.
How to Use It: When accessing the Payments Report, you will now see a new column labeled "Variance Comments." This column will display comments that describe the type of variance associated with each payment, helping you quickly understand and address any discrepancies.
