How to Use: Log in as a financial admin, find the Chart of Accounts page, and click the "Export" button.

Lead & Opportunity Reports: Primary & Secondary Contact Owner Support

What's New: Sunwave has made the Primary and Secondary Contact Owners available in Lead and Opportunity Reports

Why it Matters: Displaying the Primary and Secondary Contact Owner allows users to see which staff member are responsible for the Referral Source Contacts sending in potential patients for admission.

Who it's For: This enhancement supports business development and admissions managers who want to better understand which of their staff are effectively managing their contacts.

How to Use: Using the left nav menu, scroll to CRM → Lead Report or Opportunity Report. Locate two new bubbles “Primary Referral Source Contact Owner” and “Secondary Referral Source Contact Owner”.

EMR Enhancement

EMR/CAL - Group Session Sign in Sheet - Print Alphabetically by Patient First Name

What's New: Sunwave has pre-sorted the group session sign in sheet to display alphabetically by patient first name.

Why it Matters: Printing the group sign in sheet in alphabetical order by first name, allowing patients to quickly locate their name on the list and sign in for group.

Who it's For: This enhancement supports therapists and patients who sometimes need to sign in to record their presence for future group note creation.

How to Use: Navigate to the Sunwave Calendar and select a scheduled group session, click the print button to view the group sign in sheet.
