FoRSE 2.0

What’s New: Sunwave is proud to offer the new FORSE 2.0 integration. With this integration, Sunwave automates the process of submitting anonymized survey results for standardized FoRSE forms to the project.

Why It Matters: The NAATP Foundation for Recovery Science and Education (FoRSE) has initiated a new program to better understand the effectiveness of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment pathways. FoRSE aims to use data, collaborative research, and education to improve the quality of care, health equity, and advance systemic change towards racial and social equity in access to treatment and recovery support services.

Who It’s For: This integration is for any facility wishing to participate in the FoRSE program.

How to Use It: Contact your Sunwave Service Representative or Account Manager to ensure that the new FoRSE 2.0 is enabled in your Sunwave realm. Reference this guide for detailed instructions: https://sunwavehealth.atlassian.net/wiki/x/5gDpBw and we are available for assistance!

Once configured, simply add a FoRSE form, fill out and sign in order to have Sunwave automatically submit on your behalf.

Note: FoRSE 2.0 requires re-registering. Each assessment requires all questions to be answered or indicate the patient has not answered.

Medication Census - New Filter : Building

What’s New: The Medication Census now offers filtering by Building.

Why It Matters: This allows users to sort the medication census by building, allowing them to only see patients in the building they are currently performing med pass in.

Who It’s For: This offering is for nurses, techs and any other staff member involved in med pass.

How to Use It: This filter is available for everyone with access to med census. This filter will be remembered when a user navigates away from this page. Coming back to Med Census will load the previously configured filters to better support nurses and other staff performing med pass for a specific building. This saved filter can be cleared by using the Clear button.

Wiley Adolescent Treatment Plans

What’s New: Wiley Adolescent Treatment Plans are now available for use in Sunwave!

Why It Matters: The Adolescent Psychotherapy Treatment Plans includes ready-to-use treatment plans for a variety of issues pertinent to adolescents, such as peer conflict and substance abuse.

Who It’s For: This offering is for clinicians at any facility that serves adolescent patients.

How to Use It: Wiley Adolescent Treatment plans must be enabled to be used. These Wiley Adolescent Treatment Plans will only be available on treatment plans created after they have been enabled. Enable Adolescent Treatment Plans by navigating through Form Builder to the form containing your treatment plan component. Edit and check on “Show Wiley Adolescent”. Sunwave Admins have access and Client Services can assist with this.
