Where to Find it: Master Data > Manage Realms > Require Forms Completed Prior to Allowing Scheduling

What's New:

  • A new configurable flag: "Require Forms Completed Prior to Allowing Scheduling"

  • This flag is active only when the "Allow Calendar Session on Patient Engagement Portal" setting is enabled

  • If the flag is enabled, patients will receive an error message stating "Must complete forms prior to scheduling" when attempting to schedule an appointment without completing the forms

Why It Matters:

  • Helps maintain compliance by ensuring the 'Consent to Treat' form is completed before any treatment

  • Reduces cancellations and rescheduling due to incomplete forms, improving the process efficiency

  • Ensures patients complete all necessary forms before attending appointments
