Telehealth - Streamlined Flow for First Time Sunwave Mobile TH App Users
What's New: We’ve modified how our Sunwave telehealth app notifies therapists who are expecting a patient to join a virtual meeting for a telehealth session.
Why It Matters: Previously, Providers or Therapists conducting a telehealth session would be notified prematurely that their patient was ready and in the room. This resulted in Providers and Therapists waiting in an empty meeting room while their patients downloaded, signed in and attempted to re-join the session. Now, notifications will only be sent when a patient is ready.
Who It's For: Any user leading a telehealth session will now be notified only when their patient is actually signed in and ready.
How to Use This Update: No action by the Sunwave user is needed. Patients will be presented with a new screen asking them if they have the Sunwave App on their phone and direct them appropriately.
EMR - Programs - Display Patients in All Assigned Programs
What's New: We've updated how we display patients in “Search Patients” to support organizations who assign patients to multiple programs to help sort patients into different categories such as Veteran, First Responder and other categories. Patients with more than one program assigned will now appear in the list of patients for each program they belong to.

Why It Matters: With this update, you can easily create two distinct payment plans for the patient, even if both plans use the same payment type, without any confusion or overlap. For example, say a patient has both their mother and grandfather paying different amounts towards their treatment, both using credit cards as the payment type.
