EMR Enhancement

Enhanced MOR/MAR Color Coding Segmented

What’s New: The Sunwave MOR/MAR now color codes medication based upon either the schedulded administration/observation time or the medication name.

Why It Matters: These enhancements make it easier for facility staff involved in med pass to identify what medications a patient has been ordered, or all medications the patient is scheduled to recieve at a specific time.

Who It’s For: This update is for any staff member involved in observing or administering medications.

How to Use It: No action is required from the user to turn this on. Navigate to a Patient MOR/MAR and sort by either Name or Time. Coloring is supported on the Month and Day views of the MOR/MAR

Export Form Packages: Enhance Customization Options

What’s New: The export forms package feature now offers the ability to select specific forms, more exportable fields and options such as signed/unsigned, include Diagnostic codes and other package construction option.

Why It Matters: These enhancements make it easier for the facility to fulfil records requests with specific requirements.

Who It’s For: This update is for UR, Billing and other staff who answer records requests.

How to Use It: Navigate through Patient Menu → Export Forms Package to view the new PDF package options.

RCM Enhancement

Add 'Allocation ID' to PaymentAdjust Extract

What's New: We've added a new column called "Allocation ID" to the PaymentAdjust extract. This column will appear as the furthest right column in the extract.

Why It Matters: The "Allocation ID" helps identify specific allocations within a claim line, which is crucial when tracking changes. A single claim line ID can have multiple allocations in the same remit, and this ID allows for clearer identification of these allocations, improving the accuracy of your reporting.

Who It's For: This update is for users managing claim line allocations and those who rely on the PaymentAdjust extract for reporting and analysis.

How To Use It: The "Allocation ID" will be automatically included in the PaymentAdjust extract.
