Manage Opportunities - New Search Parameter - Target Date

What's New: A new search option has been created in the CRM → Opportunities screen, Require Target Admission Date.

Why It Matters: Requiring Target Admission Date will remove opportunities from view that do not have a target admission date set. This change allows users to quickly identify opportunities that have Target Admission Dates present and order them based upon the closest or furthest target date, allowing them to create a list of opportunities to work on.

Who It’s For: Admissions Representatives, Admissions Managers and anyone involved in assisting patients through the pre-admissions process.

How to Use: No user action is required, find the new parameter in CRM → Opportunities.

Med Census Dynamic Report - Accommodate PRN’s and Date of Today

What's New: The Med Census Dynamic Report has been enhanced to display PRN MOR/MAR entries and generate a report for the current date.

Why It Matters: This change provides a more wholistic view of the MOR/MAR records of a facility through displaying PRN entries while providing insight into what has happened today.

Who It’s For: This enhancement is for the Director of Nursing, Nurses, compliance professionals and others who need to examine all of the medication observations/administrations that have occurred in a facility.

How to Use: Navigate to Reports → Med Census Dynamic Report. Record entries that are PRN will be indicated with a “Yes” in the PRN bubble. The report can be ran for today by selecting todays date in the date selector.
