  1. Log into Sunwave and access your User Profile

  2. In the “Edit User Profile” splash screen, locate the “User Email Authentication Setup” box

  3. In the Email Service Authentication dropdown, choose “OAuth2 for Gmail”

  4. Click “Log In”

  5. Log into Gmail with your Gmail credentials in the pop-up

  6. Click “Continue”

  7. Check the checkbox that says “Send email on your behalf”. Then, click “Allow”

  8. Once you’ve checked the checkbox and accepted, you should see your email in Sunwave as shown below:

  9. Send a test email to verify integration is successful by typing in an email in the “Recipient to send a test email” and click “Send Test Email.”

     

  10. You should receive a “Successful” result once you click “Send Test Email.” If you receive an error, contact Support to troubleshoot.
