How To Create Team Queues

From Waves

  1. Navigate to the “Waves” in the Left Menu

 

  1. To access your Team Queues including those that you own, click “Change” in the “My Collaboration Team” segment

 

  1. “Collaboration Teams Management” will open; click “Create Team” to create a new Team Queue

 

  1. Give your Team Queue a name and description, then click “Create”; you will get a success message and the dialogue box will close.

 

  1. Click “Change” again to edit the members of your team queue

     

  2. To ensure your Team Queue is visible on your dashboard, check the Checkbox next to the the name of your Team Queue. To edit the member of the team queue, click on the half-person icon. If you are the owner of the team queue, you can also remove it from Sunwave using the “X” icon.

     

  3. To add users to your team queue, first select the checkboxes next to the users' names. Then, use the green arrow button to move them to the “Team Queue Members” list. You’ll also receive a success message.

     

  4. Finally, to reassign ownership, select a new owner by clicking a checkbox next to a user’s name in the Team Queue Members list. You’ll receive a success message.

From Sunwave Dashboard

  1. Team Queue Creation - on the dashboard click on the blue box that says : Team Queue Management

  1. Then click the blue box that says: Create Team Queue

  1. Name the team queue with a description then click update

  1. You will then be brough back to the Dashboardthen it will say visible to add people click on the half person

(only people who created the queue will be able to add users to the queue)

  1. Add the users into the team queue; once all people added then click green arrow from there you are done

  1. To remove a team queue click person and click trash can this will be on your dashboard only the owner can delete the entire team queue
