Interfax (eFax)

Overview

Interfax integration is used for electronic faxing of orders.

Clients will go to Upland InterFAX Cloud FAX API Integration with Sunwave
They will set up the package of their choosing and provide Sunwave with their username and password.
Sunwave representatives will take that information and place it into the Fax Interface Set Up located in the upper right hand corner of the realm, when you select the half person icon it will appear in the drop down.
Once the information is saved they will be ready to use the fax feature.
