Sunwave Telehealth App Guide For Clients

The first step to be able to attend a Telehealth Session is to download the Sunwave App. This can be found on your device’s app store via the following links:

How To Access A Telehealth Session

A Telehealth Session will be sent to you via email. Once you have download the Sunwave Telehealth app, you can click on the link to proceed.

Step 1 - Access The Link Via Email

Your Program’s Moderator will email you a session link. This link will be needed to access your upcoming session.


Step 2 - Verify Your Information

This will be necessary for you to access the link. If you have trouble entering this page please contact your scheduled Moderator/Facility.


Step 3 - Wait For Your Session To Begin

From here you will be in a Virtual Waiting Room until your Moderator enters the session. Once your Moderator arrives they will grant you permission to enter the session.


Step 4 - Follow The Prompt To Open The Sunwave Telehealth App

Once the Moderator allows you to enter, you will be prompted with the option to open the Sunwave Telehealth App. Follow the onscreen prompts to enter your session.


Step 5 - Welcome To Your Telehealth Session

Your Sunwave Telehealth App will open and you will begin participation within the session. Onscreen options will allow controls for Camera and Microphone.


Note - You Cannot Access Your Session Without A Link

The Telehealth Session links do not populate within the App itself. You will need to go through the link in order to access and open your upcoming session. If you continue to experience access issues please contact your Program/Facility.
