Form Header Symbols
The following symbols are found on the right-side of each Blue Section Heading within each form. Some of these symbols are set by permissions within the user profile or by realm settings; please contact your Admin or Sunwave representative if you have questions about one of these symbols.

Show Form Index | Shows you all Blue Section Heading titles throughout the form as clickable hyperlinks to quickly navigate the form | |
Show Empty Fields | Highlights empty text fields in an orange box within the section | |
Switch to Uploaded File | **It is recommended to use the green “Attach Doc” button on the bottom of a form rather than this feature | |
Copy from prior admission | Allows user to bring a copy of a completed form in a prior admission to the same realm into the current episode - the copy of the form will be unlocked, editable, and unsigned to be completed as a new version of the form; user will be prompted to pick the episode Admission Date, and then the form date that they desire to copy | |
Patient’s Journey | Open a view of the Treatment Plan that allows for attaching the form as a service to various problems, objectives and interventions, as well as copying those items for pasting into a Text Area within a form. | |
Duplicate this form | Allows a user to create a duplicate of the current form, including all field responses, which will be unlocked, editable and unsigned within the same episode for the current patient; user will be prompted to enter a date for the new instance of the form. | |
View History | Shows a list form versions with time stamp for each time the form has been edited and saved and includes the user responsible for the changes; selecting the “Retrieve this Version” Symbol allows the user to view the form as it was at the time of that save“Retrieve this Version” | |
Read Only Mode | Prevents fields from being edited while viewing the form if the form is not yet Locked |
