How To: Auditor

Auditor Role: Features and Process

When a user is given the Auditor permission under User Specific column

and a form is selected for Requires Audit Review,

This creates an Auditor caseload where the selected forms of which are initially signed by the clinician will now go into the Ready for Auditor Review queue:

Once a form is selected from queue, choose the hyperlink of the form you want to review.

That form will open and, on the bottom, there will be an option to Approve or Reject the form. If the Auditor is also the form approval role, here is where they can Sign and Approve the form.

If I am the Clinical Director and I sign the form, this form will be removed from my queue, Ready for Clinical Director as well.

If a form is rejected, the clinician(s) will need to refer to the Rejected Forms queue.

From here, the clinician can go into the form and make the necessary changes. Once the note is completed. The clinician can then select Submit for Approval.
