Updating Program (No Split-Program)

Prerequisites

  1. User has the permission to edit the patient header

  2. User does not have level of care restricted in their permissions

Steps

  1. Locate the chart you’re needing to update

  2. In the patient header, click the paper-pencil icon in the Level of Care field

  3. Click on the program in the top row and select the appropriate program for your patient

  4. Click Update to save your changes

The program in the top row of the table is the program that appears in the patient header in the chart
