Warnings Component

Have you noticed that you cannot edit this form component? That’s because you need to add the warning in the patient header for it to fill into this form component. This article will explain how to do that.
Instructions
To add a patient warning, you’ll navigate to the Menu button in the patient header
In the dropdown , select “Edit Warnings”
Click “Add New Warning” for a new row to be created
In the new row, select the applicable Warning type and risk description and click “Save”
Optional: Add your From and Until dates.
If you add an Until date, the warning will expire and will not be visible in the patient header. It will still be visible in the Edit Warnings pop-up.
In the Warning component in a form, you will click “Fill” and the allergy will autofill from the patient header
