The user setting up custom reporting has…

  • Admin privileges in their User Profile

  • Familiarity with List of Values

  • Access to Form Builder

  • Access to Reports

Logic

  • Client has parent-child realms (meaning you are an account that has a CRM realm and numerous treatment realms)

  • Client has only 1 realm for their CRM and treatment realm
