Adding Termed Insurance

The following information is required for Billing.

  1. Confirm Primary Insurance is entered onto the Face Sheet: In the patient’s chart, scroll down to the Primary Insurance sections to ensure that the information has been entered.

  1. When you’ve verified the Primary Insurance is entered on the Face Sheet, locate the Menu button at the top-right of the patient chart. Select “Primary Insurance” in the dropdown as shown:

 

  1. Click the “+” icon to add a new row for the From- and Until

  1. Add the active and term date for the policy. Otherwise, you may use today’s date as the “From” date and the “Until” as blank. Click Send:

  1. Once added, you will see the From (this field is required) and Until (this field is not required) date. Click on the row to enter the patient and insurance information:

  1. The Patient Information and Insurance information will be blank. Use the two-paper icon at the top-right to copy the information from the Face Sheet. Click OK when copied:
