How to Setup Office Ally Clearinghouse
Begin by going to Office Ally’s website https://cms.officeally.com
Once on their website you will see on the main page the Enroll Today orange button, click on that:
Complete the series of questions regarding basic information about your facility and contacts. Click Next button.
On this screen, be sure to check off the boxes in the same manner as seen below. Enter in Sunwave in the Enter software name and version text field then select Next button:
You will then place in the specific provider information. Please note you can add as many providers as needed by clicking on the Add Another button. Click Next button when finished.
Finally, you will be asked if you are a OneHealth Port User.
If you are not a OneHealth Port user just select No then click Submit button.
This will process the Clearinghouse application.
After you click on Submit, you will receive the contract.
Please note the CEO/Owner/President will need to sign off in addition to the person filing and then the form will need to be returned to Office Ally for completion.
Within 1-2 days you will receive your username and temporary password.
Please be sure to access your account and change the password within 12 hours or it will have to be reset.
PART 2: Contact Office Ally and request an SFTP account: From 3-5 days you will receive an email like the following stating the SFTP Account was created. Please forward that immediately to your billing implementation specialist.
You will then receive the SFTP Account Password that looks like below. Forward that to your billing implementation representative as well. Both are needed to activate the account and connect.
Once done, 5 separate claims will be sent, and this will be complete.
Please make sure once set up to log-in and set up all EDI Payer Agreements within your area. Go to the Look Up / References on the left menu bar in Office Ally and click on “Payer EDI Enrollment Forms”:
Go through your providers and state lists. Should you have questions please contact your Office Ally Representative immediately for further assistance. You can also get started on your ERA enrollment as well.
In addition, please be sure to check on the electronic versus paper enrollments as well when checking on your EDI Enrollments and verifying the Payer ID’s. To verify all payer ID’s please click on Resource Center > Payer Lists:
Then select Professional and Institutional:
You can then search your Insurance Provider by name or download their full list with all of the information listed. It will let you know if pre-enrollment is required and who to contact.
