CRM: How to Complete a Task

In the left menu bar navigate to CRM- Opportunities.

Search your desired opportunity and select the hyperlink opportunity chart.

Select Timeline.

Select Menu- Create Task.

Fill out New Task fields and save.

There are 2 ways to mark a task as complete.

a. Select the task icon to show completed.

b. Log note (under Actions sub menu) and select Save & Completed the Task
