Team Queue Creation - on the dashboard click on the blue box that says : Team Queue Management

Then click the blue box that says: Create Team Queue

and name the team queue with a description then click update

– it will bring you back to the previous box then it will say visible to add people click on the half person

(only people who created the queue will be able to add people) add the users into the team queue once all people added then click green arrow from there you are done

click cancel to remove click person and click trash can this will be on your dashboard only the owner can delete the entire team queue

How to access the Team Queue- we begin on the sunwave dashboard on the right side find the team queue box to the right of the box select the add/remove team queue member from here select those you wish to add those to your team queue you may search manually at the top or select members from the pre-populated list when you have selected your team queue recipients click the green arrow to officially add them at the bottom of the team queue box you will see how many are in your team queue to issue an alert to those in your team queue click the add a task option at the top elaborate on any issues you wish to share within your team queue once that is complete it will show up on your team queue box and alert all recipients the same way to confirm you have read and received your team queue post click the circle labeled complete task add a comment if applicable and click yes the post will then disappear indicating you have acknowledged the message if you wish to review previous messaged click the box with the check mark it will show all prior team queue message

To use the team queue press plus button to create task and whoever completes the task will click on the clear button next to their name and put in their note and click completed - from any document you can either wave at to yourself or any team queue and they can click on the item and they can either go directly to the item or click on it and sign all or go in the form builder and add a check box with a team queue checkbox triggering a task to make it automatic and default check it off so when the item is done it will automatically be on the team queue ------ under practice setup there is form approval roles you would create a new signature approval with the name of the form that needs to have a review signature to give someone that role you click on users insider the users profile and click on the left side face sheet sign off then go to form builder into the name of the form and click on the name of the form then scroll to the bottom go to the roles of the form and click on it and save - form approval roles has to be signed to be approved anything.
