Adding a Diagnosis through a Form

  • In a form with the ICD-10 component added you are able to both copy from the header (menu diagnosis) as well as copy up into the header.

  • It is important to note that this feature must be added to a form from the realm you are diagnosing in. For instance if you copy an H and P from another realm. You will remove the component and then add it fresh from the realm you are adding to.
