No CRM Module

Prerequisites

  • Center does NOT have Sunwave’s CRM module in their Sunwave system/contract

  • User has the ability to add new patients/admissions

Steps

  1. In the Left-Panel, click the “New Patient” button

  2. As you type the Patient’s name, you will find an existing account with their DOB. If this patient matches the existing account in the system, select their name in the dropdown to be taken to their chart

  3. In the chart, click the Menu button and select “New Admission”

  4. Input the new admission date and hour in the pop-up and click Add

You have successfully added a new admission for your existing patient.

Your patient is in the Pre-Assessment level of care. Be sure to update their Level of Care to reflect on your All Active Patients dashboard.

CRM Module

Prerequisites

  • Center DOES have Sunwave’s CRM module in their Sunwave system/contract

  • User has access to the CRM module to create a new opportunity

Steps

  1. In the Left-Panel, open the CRM module and select “Opportunities

  2. Click on the New Opportunity button

  3. Input the Patient’s name in the Patient Info section and select the existing account’s name in the dropdown and click Add

The patient is now added to your CRM Workflow. Complete the necessary admission workflow steps and schedule your admission when you are ready to admit your patient.
