Prerequisites
User has the permission to edit the patient header
User does not have level of care restricted in their permissions
Steps
Locate the chart you’re needing to update
In the patient header, click the paper-pencil icon in the Level of Care field
Add a new row to the table by clicking the “+” icon above the table
Choose your service facility
Choose your level of care
Click Update to save your changes
IF you need to remove a row, click the desired row you want to remove and click the “x” icon above the table
