RCM Enhancements

Bulk Insurance Verifications through VerifyTX

What's New: We're introducing a new feature for Users running VOBs through VerifyTx to perform them in bulk.

Why It Matters: This update was specifically targeted to assist you in verifying all your active patients still have the same insurance and that it is still active, but you’ll get loads more information and this sets us up for even more enhancements around this in the future.

Who It's For: This feature is designed for anyone running VOBs through VerifyTx.

How to Use:

  • Access: Find the new feature under Billing > Verification of Benefits.

  • Service Facility Selection & Batch Processing: Select one or multiple service facilities at the top of the page and use the "Run New Batch" button for batch processing.

  • Data Display: View the verification results in a table format, including key information like VOB date, patient identification, insurance details, and coverage details.

  • Advanced Features: Utilize filters and sorting options for VOB Date, Patient, Primary Insurance, and Coverage Status. If needed, paginate the table and export data as a CSV file.


Enhanced UR Report with "Member ID" Addition

What's New: We've added a "Member ID" field to the UR Report. This new feature is designed to streamline the process of insurance communication by providing quick access to crucial member identification information.

Why It Matters: The inclusion of the "Member ID" in the UR Report significantly aids UR teams when interacting with insurance companies. Having this information readily available on the report saves time of searching for member IDs, leading to more efficient and effective communication.

Who It's For: This enhancement is particularly beneficial for Utilization Review teams who regularly communicate with insurance providers.

How to Use: The "Member ID" will now automatically appear on the UR Report located in the left sidebar under Reports.


MARA (AI) Enhancement

MARA Now Available for Biopsychosocial Forms Enhancement

What's New: Our proprietary AI tool, MARA, is now enhanced and integrated into Biopsychosocial and H&P (History and Physical) forms. This expansion extends MARA's capabilities, which previously included Group Notes and Individual Therapy.

Why It Matters: This enhancement leverages AI technology in clinical documentation, aiming to save therapists significant time in writing. By reducing the time spent on paperwork, therapists can focus more on productive patient treatment.

Who It's For: This update is a win for clinicians and healthcare providers who utilize Biopsychosocial and H&P forms for comprehensive patient assessments. It represents a major advancement for those seeking to improve the quality and efficiency of their clinical documentation.

Form Builder Enhancement

New "Link" Component in Form Builder for Enhanced Connectivity

What's New: We have implemented a "Link" component in Form Builder which enables the inclusion of hyperlinks directly in forms, allowing for seamless integration of external resources and information.

Why It Matters: The addition of the "Link" component empowers facilities to enhance their forms with direct access to important online resources, educational materials, or external websites. This feature is crucial for providing comprehensive information and resources to both staff and patients, directly through the forms they use every day.

Who It's For: This update is particularly valuable for facilities looking to enrich their forms with additional online resources. It's ideal for those who want to provide easy access to external information, improving the overall utility and effectiveness of their forms.

How to Use: In the Form Builder, users can now add hyperlinks by clicking “Action” and adding the "HyperLink" component. Simply select the component, enter the desired URL, and integrate it directly into your forms, making external resources just a click away.
