The Patient’s Journey feature provides instant access to a patient’s Master Treatment Plan, allowing the plan to be reviewed and linked directly to current documentation.

Linking Forms to the Master Treatment Plan

1. Locate the Patient’s Journey (smiley face) icon on the form section to confirm a connection to the master treatment plan.

2. Click the Patient’s Journey icon to view a visual of the master treatment plan.

   Open

   

3. In the form, highlight the section that’s relevant to the master treatment plan.

   Open

   

4. Select Copy Associated Items and confirm with OK.

5. Click into the Treatment Plan Notes text area, right-click, and Paste to insert the copied content from the master treatment plan into the note.

Overview of Linked Forms via the Patient Journey

1. Links made between the Master Treatment Plan and an individual note can be reviewed by going to Menu → Patient’s Journey

2. Click the previously highlighted area to display the linked form.

3. Click the form’s name to open and review the full association.
