How do I know if I have a Parent-Child Realm?
In Sunwave, click on your logo. If you see multiple realms, you have parent-child realms.

In the parent realm, go to Left Panel → Practice Setup → List of Values
In the Header, change your Module to EMR and Entity to Custom Field
Create a new registry
Name the label you’re wanting to report (ex. Smoker, Legal Status, etc.) and click Create.
Typically, Name and Description is the same. If you want to clarify/explain the Name field, that’s what description is for. Name is only seen in Sunwave, description is not.
Once you’ve created the new Custom Field, you will see it in the list

In the parent realm, go to Left Panel → CRM → Custom Fields Report
Set your report date duration and search parameters and click the
icon to generate your reportPull over the following fields (bubbles), or more, to see your Custom Field in action in parent and child realms
