Who It's For: Essential for billing admins using auto-billing who need to ensure that add-on codes are appropriately charged alongside the primary service.
How to Use:
Access Form Builder: Navigate to the form builder to create or edit a form. Incorporate the "Add-On Services" component into your form design.
Configure Add-on Services: Within the "Edit Form" interface, locate the "Add-on Billable Services" section. Click into the designated field to view a list of available services. You can select one or more services as add-ons for your form. Use the search functionality to filter services by typing part or the entire service name.
Selecting Add-ons in Forms: When a therapist or provider completes a form, they can select the predetermined add-on service(s). These selections are tied to the primary service of the claim.
Automated Billing Trigger: Based on your configured triggers, the automated billing process initiates. The selected add-on service(s) are automatically added to the claim, appearing beneath the primary service on the CMS1500 claim form.
