Update Colors on Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS)

What's New?

We've updated the color scheme for the Columbia-Suicide Severity Rating Scale (C-SSRS) in the Intake Assessment and Biopsychosocial forms. This change aims to provide a clearer visual understanding of the assessment results.

Where Can You Find This?

You'll see these color updates on the CSSRS assessments

Changes Made:

We've returned to the original coloring for the CSSRS as follows:

  • Questions 1-5: All "No" answers are displayed in "white"

  • Question 6: All answers (both "Yes" and "No") are displayed in "white"

  • Follow-up to Question 6: No changes made – "Yes" continues to be in "red", and "No" remains in "orange"

Why is this Important?

By modifying the color scheme, we aim to make it easier to interpret the results of the C-SSRS.
